Jim Neidhart was a beast of a wrestler, and I rarely ever saw him during promos without a mad grin on his face. He was fun to watch, he was fun to listen to, and I'd argue that he was the Math-Promo-Scott-Steiner of the Hart Foundation. He was utterly bonkers. He was also really strong for real, unlike most guys with huge shoulders (which usually come from a bottle, regardless of what certain pancake-gobbling celebrities might say). Dude won an anvil-tossing competition. That's why he's "the Anvil".
He was a student in the Stu Hart Dungeon. He was a loving father. He and Natalia had just gone to see a Smashing Pumpkins concert before he passed. According to Chris Nowinsky (and if you don't recognize that name, don't worry, just look up CTE research and he'll pop up), Jim had developed Alzheimers, so the only "blessing in disguise" (which I don't believe in - tragedy is tragedy) is that he at least passed in a state where he likely knew where he was and still recognized his beloved daughter.
What a sad week.
Hopefully, next week, I won't have to post more pictures of people who've died. I'd like to talk about the G1 Climax this year! Because it was awesome!

Go Enjoy Something, guys
